when he says "London", thats pretty big area, does he just mean certain boroughs/LA's?
are there no other LA's requiring Euro5?

At a guess I would say its because its previously been used outside London or more likely used as a private car (weddings etc) and has never been plated for taxi use. Also I think it is is a Euro4 taxi and I thought all new taxi vehicle licenses in London must be Euro5 ? |

According to TFL all new hackneys must be Euro 5 and I am sure this is a Euro 4. |

A new driver starting in Epsom and Ewell must have a Euro 5 London taxi .if you are a existing driver you can plate any old heap and use it as long as you like. |
