no im not a biker, but i saw this article on the auto express website about the new honda goldwing being fitted with an air bag:

anyone else think the air bag looks like someones naked asre bending over? and where is the bikers face going to end up? :lol:

As a biker myself I find this to be a waste of time, if you're going at any speed then this would only hinder your possible flight through the air and making out like Superman...

There are much better advances out there such as jackets fitted with the same sort of airbag system, it sort of knows when you're in a collosion situation and fills up around you protecting your body as much as it can, it even has a section that fills up around your next to prevent any possible neck injury.

But then again folks it is a Honda so you gotta expect some stupid idea along the way.
