Thinking of getting a new Auris from CabDirect. My main worry is that I can only show earnings of £7k p.a, do they ask for three years audited accounts like the banks do ? Has anyone else with a low income managed to get a vehicle from CabDirect, did you have any problems ? I can easily afford the payments but what do you reckon my chances are, not much point in applying if there's no hope and it leaves a trace on my credit file. |

Is the 7K your profit or your takings? If it is profit after ALL expenses you should be ok. We are a limited company but finance has to go in the name of one of the directors and not the company. |

A bankrupt round here got a car off them last year, they gave him finance of £25K. |

Just bought, never asked me but a credit check is different to acquiring audited accounts, if your credit rating like mine is good you'll have no problems. |

Noddle does a free credit check/rating, but they never give you a truly glowing one because they want you to spend money with them to make it a glowing one... |

Still crunching the numbers wondering if I can afford an extra £300 a month. Everyone keeps telling me 'it's only an extra £10 a day - you'll easily make up that, just do an extra hour'. If it was that easy to make an extra £70 a week I'd already be doing it ! |
