Wonder why they'd drop such modern technology for something thats been around since the year dot, DMF's are newer so must be better than solid flywheels - right

Just heard that the 1.6td Skoda's dont have a DMF.....lets hope so |

the guy who said it works for TPS (?) the VAG parts people... maybe the lower bhp of the 1.6tdi is ok with a SMF or maybe they installed torque limiting software http://www.thetradepartsspecialists.co.uk/ |

SF system fitted to 1.6 and petrol models, the thing you have to worry about is the EGR, it costs about £900 to replace but always challenge it with Skoda , they know its a fault. |

The single system is the same one that can be fitted to the 1.9 |
