Peugeot uk called me today and said that if I have taken it to two main dealers and they both said the same thing then there's nothing they can do because they can only go by what the main agent tell them. So when you take to a main dealer and they say its fine because Peugeot uk told them it normal for that make and model. So when you phone Peugeot uk they tell you they can only go by what the dealer has said. THE MAIN DEALER IS ONLY TELLING ME WHAT PEUGEOT HAVE TOLD THEM WHAT TO SAY

As others have said take it to trading standards. let the dealer know that you are doing so in writing and also at the top of every letter wright in capital letters. WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Go and find another dealer, and ask for a test drive in another one to compare
