Short answer Fiat.

Ask the website- Fiat Scudo 9 seat vehicle,I was surprised at the number of LWB. 9 seat vehicles that was displayed.

the E7's only seat 7.....and have no luggage room

People mistake the SWB and the LWB. The LWB has loads of room. There's one round here that can carry 8 passengers with loads of cases, all he has to do is bring the seats forward a little and he can easily fit 8+ cases into the rear.

im thinking Vivaro (or renault/nissan version if they share engines) lwb

I had a 55 plate 125ps, plush interior (no vinyl seats) but id need no older than 4 yrs for 1st plate

Correct me if I'm wrong but 9 seaters for hire and reward can only be driven by a PCV license holder. Round here they take one seat out and license it as a 8 seater. If I mention it to anybody they mutter about grey areas but I'd say if it's built as a 9 it should be licensed as a 9.
