I lease mine through Lings Cars (though I'm private hire btw).

Not many, as soon as you mention Taxi they'll run a mile. Some will do lease purchase but very few indeed.

They don't hold any stock, they act as a broker for dealerships selling on dealership cars. She was on Dragons Den some years ago, they binned her because the company wasn't worth anything as she didn't hold any stock.

I did tell them. Had to make sure and explain that I'd be in possession of the V5 so I can licence the car as a private hire vehicle with the local authority.

They also wanted 6 months deposit because of my job (as opposed to the usual 3, quoted on their website). Though second time round they were happy with taking 3 months.

Lings cars tiold me the same. They don't lease cars for taxi and private hire.
