I think to say Customers dont care what car they are in is not strictly correct.

If you are in an urban area where you dont carry the same people all the time, then it probably does not matter too much. The same is true of night work from the pubs and clubs. But for daytime work with a regular clientelle, and long runs out of town, our experience has shown that they do care.

It's horses for courses. The cab you use depends on your market, and there perhaps isnt a cab thats ideal for everything.
