So i havent logged in for about 4 years. But wannabehack. What happened to the skoda superb u had bought from cab direct? Surely a new skoda with regular service and maintenance would of lasted you a good 8 years? |

Two of our drivers have had the Skoda 'emissions' update and it totally fu**ed their cars. Both have had a full refund (the cars were nearly a year old and done 50k)- and bought Toyota hybrids - and are getting a shedload in compensation as well. |

wannabeeahack wrote: on pug 508 1.6 or 2.0 undecided... well we bought the 1.6hdi SW at 80k miles, its as good a taxi as locals deserve or need, and does 1 kid to school easy, its on 120K now having had services and cambelt/water pump but the DPF went tits up so £3500 purchase plus £1000 DPF = £4500. it owes us nothing but it does 800 miles on a tank of fuel and will go another 2 years before the Euro 6 rule writes it off |

In and out of garage having new injectors, different versions of software, ECU's and I think something to do with the DPF. Nothing worked so they rejected the vehicles (they'd only had them a few months from new before the update was applied so still covered by sales of goods and lemon laws). They were offered brand new replacements but decided against it. |
