Hi, ive noticed a hackney carriage from Brighton on motorway the other day, does anybody know where they get lwb vitos converted for wheelchairs |

extra £5000 for 1 WAV job a month makes sense... and it takes 30 minutes to load, 30 to unload and a hernia for free pushing the chair up the ramps |

But I think the reasoning behind the request is that it is considerably cheaper to buy a standard vehicle, be it short or long wheelbase, and get someone to convert it to a WAV, rather than buy a ready-made WAV from one of the current suppliers. Two fellas I know have saved £1000s doing it that way. |

My mate has a WAV, he puts the ramps down and refuses to push 150kg of deadweight up them whilst a carer stands and watches no SSP in this game TAXI DRIVER |
