Post subject:  Selling point or not?

Would you buy a 68 plate car with 40,000 on the clock that just had a new dealer fitted (manufacturer) engine and 2 year warranty on it or pass it by?

Would depend on price and whether the Model was knowingly prone to Engine problems....but a Two year warranty sounds OK.
