Hello

I’m process of purchasing a Non WAV hackney plate & needed some advice

Looking to purchase a Taxi vehicle (automatic)

What is the best option to purchase as a taxi working mostly local stop start traffic in area like Milton Keynes with grid road system so including 1-2-3 mile dual carriageway driving?

From your opinion and experience what would be the best Saloon and the one with the best MPG?

Thinking of 2016 Mercedes E220, E250 or E300 Hybrid ?

Anyone had experience in either? What was reliability? And MPG ?

Or what other Diesel or Hybrid options would be best for my type of work and what MPG could I achieve ?

I suspect they will have a load of miles.

If you are looking at getting a 2016 plated car I would look at getting a Superb or a Mondeo.

Most probably 16 registration

I know of a few local Ph drivers who run the Mercedes e220 and e300 hybrid they are averaging around 40-50mpg
both reliable and tax for hybrid is £35 and diesel is £150.

what sort of mpg would be getting from a Superb 2016 2.0 DSG?

Ive seen a few Mercedes with around 50/60k on clock for around £12k which hopefully will last me 4 years plated.
