But surely he didn't take the site with him?

Sorry for the confusion
Should have said that the guy told me that he was taken on full time by "Voyager" to do the site as well as other things, but left in Feb so he has no idea what is going on with it now.

Sorry, not been on site for a few weeks. Website is being updated and redesigned. Should be back online in the next week or so. We will then be doing regular stock updates ourselves. We had a guy who worked for us who did the website previously, but he left under a cloud in Februrary. Wehave also recently moved premises and our not quite straight yet. Many pressures to get everything sorted, unfotunatley website is taking a little longer than expected. New website should be easier to negotiate and look more professional. Let me know what you think!

Sorry you haven't received any information. Brochures are sent out straightaway. I can only assume that it has gone astray. We do not have a policy for hard sell or cold calling (unlike some other companies!). Quite a few people do not like leaving telehone numbers because they are worried that we will be hounding them constantly. We do not believe in that. We do not pass any information of customers to any other marketing agents. (We do have quite a lot of post that doesn't reach its destination) Perhaps we should be contacting customers who have requested brochures to make sure they have received them. What do you think?

only if you are prepared to build the vehicles when the time comes.
if you are likely to say "we are not building minibuses as we are busy on taxis"

then I d leave it, suprised it was possible for anyone to leave voyager under a cloud, thought it was all wonderfull rainbows at voyager.

very nice to hear from you again, by the way when your new site comes can we dispense with screeching tyres? it must have put hundreds off.

Geoff

About to crawl into bed, but decided to have a look at this topic.

The "old" site was good, but I admit the tyre noise should not come back. You were able to see the stock, get brochures "online" & not wait for the post ( thats who we should blame!!) and then ring Voyager and do a deal. Maybe it should have stayed till the new one was ready then at least we would have had something to look at.

As for the theme of the guy leaving what has that got to do with this anyway?? He left in Feb, how or why we do not know or care & all he's done is give a direct answer to a question he was asked ( Hope he don't read all these comments made about him ).

Let's see what the new site is like & hopefully pics of your new cabs to compare with the competitors.
