I have recently had a new gear box fitted to my TX2 (52) but am still having problems. It doesn't always change up and down when pulling away and stopping and when i accelerate the cab starts to vibrate at 30mph.I also experience a clonking sound.

Has anyone any ideas whats causing the various problems.

mmm could be a few faults, but this wont be a new box, just a recon

firstly check the trans oil level when fully warmed up [hot] dip the dipstick with the engine running,

kickdown cable not set up properly

clonking and vibration also can be caused by flexi coupling not been tightened up properly, but also kickdown cable not set right, also have they tightened up the g/box mounting,

take it back
