 Post subject: TTT Metrocab 03 Switches

Looking for Head lights switch for Metro 03 TTT, Auto Spark say's they where specially made for Metrocab, say's Turbo don't have them in Stock, Is there a similar switch that can be used as an alternative, Also is there any other Auto part that is hard to get :?:

Not desperate but a spare comes in Handy :wink:

what is it the headlight stalk or is it a switch :?:
have you tried paddy mcgowan he's still got a few old metros in the back shed.
paul dewar can normally get most parts

i doubt metro had any thing made for them
like the lti its a parts bin special.
every thing comes from somit else

Not sure about the TTT but on the series 111 before it, the whole steering column & steering wheel were Leyland Daf. (maestro, montego or the sherpa van) including the steering lock and key.

Ali's right, it'll be off something else. Take it out and see if there's a part number and google it.

Cheers guy's, it was Paul Dewer who said the switches where specially made for the TTT, I still doubt it myself but who am I to doubt Paul, I will ask the Twins or Iain who has 5 TTTs. I got the window switch from Ford, its off a Mondeo! Maybe we could have a fixed thread that is dedicated to part numbers? Alex? Again thanks

The series 3 and ttt light switches are the same and are only made for these models the window switch block is of a mondeo.

cant see it myself, if you cant find out what there off then take one to lucas uk or another electrical supplier and get a generic match for it

FORD MONDEO 1993-2000 ELECTRIC WINDOW CLUSTER SWITCH Part number 93BG-14A132-AB. They are £22 new on ebay. about £8 - used.
