just a question about scudo 2008 fuses.

according to the handbook, there are no fuses for any lights - head, side, indicators etc

is that correct? it would mean all these circuits are unprotected against shorts & faults.

anyone know the answer

Hi there, only just seen this thread.
You probably already know by now, but all of these functions are controlled by the BSI ( body systems interface) "fuse box" that's the one under the bonnet, drivers side.
If your headlights or indicators are playing up you might have to change the whole unit. You could try a re-boot of the system first though . If you google "peugeot re-boot" you may find more results than Fiat.
Failing that, the BSI will set you back about £100 and takes about an hour to fit if you do it yourself, it's an easy enough job.

i didnt know about the bsi.
what happened was that the rear left indicator bulb failed, and a new bulb didnt work, there was no power
getting to the bulb holder, like a fuse had blown.

after not finding any mention of a fuse, as a last resort, i disconnected the battery, said a prayer, reconnected the battery
and it worked ok.
maybe that had reset the bsi

is the bsi actually in the fuse box on the drivers side? does it look like a relay?

Same thing happened to me ! If you take the indicator bulb out while it has power ( whether it's working or not ) it trips the system and stops power going to it . You then just have to replace the bulb and lock the cab up for 10 or 15 mins. If that doesn't work you have to disconnect the battery like you did.
The BSI is the fuse box itself that the fuses/relays plug in to.
