Your testers are probably from Dundee, our variety of nationalities work for a German company and some of them are ex PCO C.O's.

Yep, for a couple of years now. To be fair they're generally better than the PCO, with less failures for daft things like unofficial stickers such as 'Keep your feet off the seats' etc.
But they have their moments.
Probably over LED bulbs in February!
