Na, I just find you a sad man tbh Alistair, you have a cheap change victory but have traded what is small gain for the dislike of many, almost like someone who holds up a candy store for a bag of sweets with an Uzi.

Why do the restrictionists think only they should profit from the corrupt system they support?

BTW Vehicle standards is a matter for CEC. If they permit rusty sh*t heaps to be licenced, that's their look out. Or maybe you think only those who spent shedloads buying a plate should be afforded the privelidge of licensing old buckets and renting them out to drivers?

There's nothing corrupt about it at all, 1st in the queue got issued originally, they change hands the same as market barrow's do, my concern isn't to keep ppl out it's oversupply I want to avoid because once it's issued it can't be revoked later, we already have 300 too many cabs between PH and us in town already, there's a big migrant base here also, no prizes for guessing what would happen, there's already a hand carwash on every corner and kebab houses opening next door to each other, I'll be interested to watch your opinion change if you get issued a free one Gus once you work it out that £3.80 every 90 minutes ain't gonna pay the bills.

Already got a free one Doom, had it for years. Anyone is free to apply for a plate here, provided they licence a WAV or PH.
Driver's badges are harder to come by though
