We had this answer from Chris the Fish earlier in the year, Hope it helps.

I didn't take the window out.

1. Remove the old parts completely.
2. Carefuly ease of the vertical sealing trim.
3. Seperate the outside and inside parts.
4. Carefully cut the minimum ammount from the "lip" to allow insertion with the fixed window still in situ.
5. Turn to put the missing bit at the bottom.
6. Push the "holding ring" into its groove (a plastic bottle top of the right size with the top off is the easiest way to achieve this or the plastic middle of sellotape or similar but it must be the right size). Once it is on you are going to have a hell of a job getting it off again without breaking it so be careful.
7. Glue back the trim (with rubber glue in case you need to do the job again in the future).
8. Jobs a good 'un.

If this is not clear enough, PM me and I will try to be more detailed.

You can get the replacements at Fiat, Citroen or Peugeot dealers. They all charge different prices for something that is exactly the same, so ring them all and take the best deal.
