Dear all, I have a Fairway Driver 1997 on a P Reg (2.7 Diesel), does anyone know how to change the bulbs on the front headlamps as I had a look at them today and they seem to be sealed units can anyone help, also do you know which bulbs to look out for. Many thanks for you help in advance. Ant |

They might be sealed units but if so it should say so on the front glass. The sealed type have a plug on the back that pulls of,the sidelight is a separate unit that normally looks like its glued to the back of the unt. |

pull the plastic plug off, then remove large rubber grommet and you can get to both sidelight and main bulb |

You can get halogen replacements which I'm going to do on my Fairway Driver soon. They are the same size (7" if memory serves me right) and use the original plug from the loom. I did this on a Ford Anglia I used to own. Much better lighting from the new units. |
