 Post subject: Antenna for Tait radio

At my wits end here. I am getting a lot of TX's on my job stats. Can anyone recommend a good quality antenna to suit Auriga despatch system. I have changed the radio and data unit and installed a new antenna. Why is my TX rate so high? Any help would be appreciated.

You might need some rubber dampers fitted to your radio mate. A cheap fix.

What are rubber dampers and where would I get them.
