Post subject:  TX1 Door Motion Locking Fault

Have any forum members had trouble with the motion door locking system on the TX1? My cab's door locks suddenly started to quickly click on and off, at any speed, the dashboard heater coil warning lamp flickering at the same time. I suspect the motion locking ECU, but that is just a stab. Fuses are good, foot brake lock works as does low speed door locking. Customers are irritated!

That usually is something like the transducer ,is your meter running ok ?

Thanks for response!

Yeah, the meter seems ok. It is a Digitax F2 (pain in the arse) and the transducer is about 7 years old. I have had transducer problems before, when my my older, original LTI Cygnus meter played up; however, this did not affect motion locking. The clicking seems more prominent when decelerating, or slowing down when cornering - all of which suggests an electrical connection-type fault. Would happen on New Years' Eve! I have tried disabling motion locking by taking the 10 amp fuse out; however, the dashboard warning lights are then deadened.
