i,ve just put a nissan 2.7 diesel and autobox from a written off black cab in a old chevy can anybody help and tell me what the 2 solenoids do on the box ?? i,ve wired one up and seems to kick down when in drive thanks |

Pretty sure ones a pressure solonoid |

they are on exhaust side , one of them is at the front and one in the main body of gearbox |

Think mAybe the other one is to do with kickdown, depends what year the box is aswell they cha ges it over on the p reg onwards |

One is a kick down solenoid and the other is the overdrive solenoid. |
