Post subject:  More questions...

Figured I'll go for 1 post with a few questions:

1) Front seat in the passenger luggage area. I have a stock drivers seat as a flip down not great for longer distances. Any suggestions on a sub frame? I know a full seat will be a squeeze, or are there other seat suggestions?

2) Can one determine the age of manufacture from the chassis number? Am thinking along the lines of insurance, Classic being cheaper.

3) How should the fuel filter be wired up?

4) Overdrive indicator lamp - how does one replace?

5) Random I know - where/if possible to put a leisure/deep cycle battery for running stereo, internal lights, etc when not driving

Thanks in advance

They did make left-hand drive Fairway drivers for export... so you should be able to buy the floorpan that takes the same seat as the drivers

Thanks in advance

I'll look into that LHD floorpan Mr T, good call.
Thanks Blackpool for the suggestions. I saw that camper conversion on YouTube I think. Yes the fuel filter has a connector coming out of it that is not wired to anything, so will try take some pics. Will try the bulb swap too. Most of the time one can tell (at higher speeds) if the over drive is on or not.
