Ah, found a diagram listing the torque settings
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=12042&start=20BUT, it does not include Head Bolts and engine rockers. Anyone have any idea what these are? Many thanks!

 It's the Nissan TD27. It's a 1990 Fairway.
