Kärt barn har många namn Losely translated: A loved child has many names.. Or wikiquote: Translation: "A beloved child is called many things." Meaning: Someone or something which is popular is often referred to by many different epithets. Our beloved Fairway already has a GRP front os wing, and the ns has seen better days The "INNER WING FLITCH VALANCE" on both sides are tired to.. Is there a general concensus here re. GRP? Not original... No good in case of an accident... Turns it into a Metrocab (i have to confess i have a soft spot for'em )Proper Job! Fit and forget... Easy to get hold of compared to the original... etc. etc. I have to think twice before deciding as the lokal scrap yard is out of the question and postage is any and all advice more than welcome . |

I think I'd prefer fibreglass to steel. The original rust so fast that every time you take the taxi out it's a bit lighter than the time before. It might be hard to keep paint on them though, the wings on a fairway bounce up and down like one of Russel Grants chins in the middle of a tango. |
