 Post subject: EGR again?

Ooops,broke down again,spending more time off the road than on alately!.Possible EGR again,I hope it is cos,that's under warranty,only had it fitted september.
It's times like this that I contemplate smoking again or,going ph. Smoking wont solve my problems and is ph any better?!.Pain!

Got it blocked off originally by AA but after a month or 2 symptoms started again that's when I had a new 1 put in.My mechanic thinks it's not EGR he advises sending it to diesel injection specialists,so thats whats happening tomorrow. Both AA mechanics could find no codes showing, which seems odd

If there is no engine management light on the dash it wont be the EGR, it could be the MAS mass air flow sensor

My mechanic has repaired cab; 2 injection control valves ,also new fuel rail pressure switch had to be replaced as it would not marry with the new valves apparently.Fingers crossed now.
