Hi,

I have been searching high & low for a pair of the early style classic chrome bumpers for an FX4 / Fairway! I thought I would post on here incase anyone has a pair knocking about which they want to sell.

I have been hunting ebay for weeks and nothing. Tried pretty much every taxi breaker/ parts place aswell. I know they are pretty rare things now.

cheers

This is for my Wedding Taxi which is being restored. Email me at jamesdmoore@sky.com with a price you would be happy to sell them for. Thanks for replying to my post on here. :)

Location: Used to be in Lowestoft, now escaped.
I think the originals are the same as a ford consul.
I bought some modern replacements supposedly chromed on top of galvanised steel. They are absolutely useless and rusted within days of fitting.

Same as consul/zephyr zodiac but then youll need thebrackets to fit to taxi. They are sought after when in good condition as of anything old ! The amount ive thrown away, rember working in taxi garage and getting rid of loads.
