Hello everyone, sorry to bother and i admit i am complete ignorant! i have a prob with my 96 fairway when slowing down climbing hill (for example a car just stop in front and i have to slow down nearly stop..) i see the car regaining normal speed very very slowly.. it looks like i am pulling 100000 tons and if i try to kick down the pedal the whole car starts to shake and i am forced to accelerate very very softly until the speed increase and then if the road gets flat i can also reach 75 mph and the engine sounds great. I suspect the overdrive could be involved but the green light is out of order... Any suggestion? cheers everyone Alb ps: i live in sicily (might need a volunteer down here, free accommodation, meals..etc!) i also changed gearbox oil and filter |

Could be a sticking valve in gearbox if not changing up through gears properlly, but hard to tell without driving. So should i pack bags and have a week in sicily
