Spent hours trying to track down a new gearbox filter and seal before I do the oil change, tried all usual fairway driver parts sellers and ebay no luck. Anyone know of anywhere? Thanks |

Apparently they are Jatco E4N71B gearboxes. There is a guy on ebay.com who sells kits forthem in the USA http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=261041422677&ssPageName=ADME:L:CORT:US:1123 charges £20.34 for kit sent to a UK address. Have ordered one, hope it's ok. |

The local Nissan store were clueless to say the least  Now, get some oil... Thanks!!! |

Youll need a new gasket aswell,for when your replacing the pan.Gearboxes are not a job i would do myself.To much on your back and prefer to leave to specialist.But if you really wanted to you could |

sdr: Not gotten round to it yet  Will have a go myself Did it on a Chrysler Voyager many years back (Mitsubishi engine) Tiny filter in that one mind.Still trying to find out if I can replace Dexron II with III as it is a lot easier to find over here. All the BEST! Magnus |
