06 auto gearbox very slow in drive, fine when pulling away in 2nd untill speed picks up then into drive when she runs fine, lost two weeks in garage but unable to correct fault, box been out for examination but nothing found, anybody had similar problems.

Did they change the filter inside the box so the oil can flow

its going back in for oil change so i trust the filter shall be replaced at the same time, thanks for reply

The cause can be the link that holds the gears is worn or broken.
