Has anyone heard of a way to beef up the TX2 rear suspension, when I have 3 people on the back seat any kind of bump on the road and there is a huge bang like the car bottoming out any ideas would be great.

Did LTI forget that taxis are supposed to carry people?
No wonder our car industry was a joke.

wouldnt the loss of a bump stop give GREATER spring travel not less?

if 3 people in the back cause a problem maybe he has a broken spring or knackered shock absorber

It also depends what year tx2 think they changed rear suspension over on 2006 onwards. You need to get it looked at as it could be one of a few things,as simple as exhaust catching on subframe.

If the TX2 suspension is the same as the Fairway which I think it is, the springs should be strong enough. My old Fairway had quite knocky suspension when I first got it but I replaced the rear shocks and now it's fine. Quick 30 min job.

The suspension on my TX1 is so hard that I never noticed when one of my rear leaf springs snapped at the bush eye! New springs fitted and the only difference is that it now sits level again!

Yes Aeon used to make a similar thing as well as another firm called (I think) Auto Ballans. I think I still prefer the Andy Murray version in the picture.
