My TX2 is beginning to get really difficult to select first gear and I have to press the clutch pedal all the way to floor to get it to engage. It's not running away with my foot to the floor though.

It has had the Single mass conversion.

So what do you guys reckon, new clutch? Slave or master cylinder? Or would bleeding give it a better chance?

Thanks guys.

CSC is on the outside of the gearbox on the 2.4 Transits and its part of the thrust bearing on the 2.0 Transits.

Took the Slave cylinder out today. The tip of the plunger is looking a bit battered and tatty. Bled it and the pedal went from hard and stiff to smooth and nice but the gear selection was still difficult to select. Within 15 minutes the clutch pedal went back to hard!

So ive ordered a new CSC and hope that cures the stiffness and starting to think its the clutch now for the bad selections.
