people that design these things need shooting

use to have a real job messing with the spring clip for my old headlight bulb on tx2

after having a new headlight fitted after accident they have done away with the spring clip for a black ring. i'm guessing it should be turned anti clockwise but the think won't budge. am i doing it wrong?

starting to think i'm going to have to take the wing off budge the thing, all for a feckin bulb... lol

They are Clockwise and Anti Clockwise fitment, i changed mine from clips to the caps on my TX2. Got fed up dropping the clips everytime.

Maybe its "siezed" from the heat of the bulb.

thanks for the replys guys, managed to pull up a TX4 manual online which had instructions of how to change a bulb.

turns out you have to pull out the sidelight bulb first (as it works as a locking mechanism) and then turn the black ring clockwise

Great idea, so the caps will fit the TX2 headlight enclosure? If so where did you manage to get them?
