Ive done the lower wishbone bushes on my fairway. Not a bad job but be careful with the spring. They do need to be pressed in.

Remove the Shock
Use spring compressors to compress the spring
Get a jack or Axle stand under the wishbone to take any strain.
Split the ball joint from the hub,
Take the axle stand or lower jack from under the wishbone with great care and let wishbone lower on its pivet,
Gently take out the compressed spring with great care!
Undo the nuts that hold the wishbone pivet to the subframe,
Undo the fish plate that holds the two halves of the wishbones together.

Burn out old bushes,
Cut out collars down the middle,
Prise out old collars,
clean up the inner of the bore with gently sandpaper,
grease up with a thin smear of multi purpose grease or WD40,
Line up the bushes,
Press in.

Tried that, next best thing was just to burn the bugger out.

I do the same thing with a couple of big sockets and a really large vice.
