| Post subject: | LTI TX1 Air filter housing banging into bulk head |
Me again!! Sorry, I know I'm a pain! OK, On one of the taxis that I have, whenever I put the car into reverse, the engine lifts up slighlty and the air filter housing starts banging into the bulk head causing an almighty rattling noise. Any ideas how I can solve this other than trying to wedge something between the top of the air filter housing and bulk head?? Regards |

Regards That is usually the eng mountings snapped or the nuts backed off |

Hi all An update! I had the steering box reconditioned and for some strange reason the car seems to vibrate less and the air filter doesn't seem to bang against the bulk head anymore. |
