Dash Dandy from autosmart. You can get it in matt style or glossy silicon.

On the outside black parts a wee smidgen of wd40 to bring up the shine.

Try autoglym interior shampoo, it cleans hard plastics and fabrics brilliantly. It does leave a matt finish on the plastics so if you prefer a gloss finish you can use autoglym rubber and vinyl spray afterwards.
'Son of a gun' from Stp also does a decent job and comes in gloss and matt finish.

Tojours Comfort baby wipes with Aloe Vera from LIDL...they are Great for Cleaning the Dash(without that awful shiny glare), Leather Seats, Removing fly splatt off Bonnets and Grilles, Sticky little hands and even Babies, they Smell great to, way better than those Car wipes you get.........but best of all they are as Cheap as chips, I buy 5 packs at a time and keep one pack in every car

Honest to god..try them, they are nothing short of miraculous little wipes...get the Comfort ones with the yellow on the packet.
