Hi all, I have an issue with the rear motion lock light. The warning light comes on however the locks operate as normal, when the brake is applied the light goes out however it comes on again after random periods of time. I have replaced the motion lock but this hasn't resolved the problem. Has anyone had this issue and can anyone offer a fix? |

I had an issue where it wouldn't lock at all and when it was supposed to lock like when i put my foot on the brake the door symbol on the dashboard would light up. Turned out to be a fuse maybe your fuse is on its way out |

Thanks Nathan, I've checked the fuse, looks ok, I swapped it anyway however, It's just the same, someone has suggested a small wire in the door, I'll take the door panel off and have another look as I can't recall any small wire outwith the loom. |

Thanks Nathan, Yes it is simply the dash light that comes on, the locks operate as normal, there is no audible door open beep either it is just the dash light the comes on, I can add it is only the near side door. |

No I haven't replaced the RH motion lock, I didn't think it would have an effect on the LH. Both courtesy lights have been replaced. |
