Try getting the gearbox oil and filter changed, the filter is inside the box,
Thanks skippy - I'll give that a go. What oil goes in there? I'm in California so not really a cold climate.
Isn't there also some kind of filter in the bottom of the fuel tank?

Well your getting faster than me on a motorway i can only get to 70mph lol
i dont think anything is wrong there just slow! especially auto's mines sluggish also unless you plant your foot to the floor it still doesn't move very fast, and slow up hills. and especially slow if you've 5 people in the back lol.
Mine has the overdrive, to be honest i've probably had it up to 90mph but the revs start to peak a little.
The going up hill thing now you mention it is worrying; up a steep hill, I literally can't do more than 10-15mph with my foot pressed on the floor. It's actually a problem as cops will pull you for going that slow on roads with a 35mph speed limit.
It feels like the gearbox is really sloppy? The only way I know how to describe it is like if you're driving a manual and aren't properly releasing the clutch so some of the power is not going to the flywheel. Seems like a lot of power is lost in the gear changes?
