Sawtooth wear - is that the badly worn strip on the inside of the tyres, sounds wheel bearing-ish?
Been getting that with rear tyres on my current motor and previous one, although worn strip not as wide as in photo.
Don't think it's a budget tyre thing necessarily - was getting it with the original Continental tyres on my current motor, and original Dunlops on the last one.
In fact on my last motor the cheaper tyres were *less* noisy than the branded ones, and in fact that's one reason I buy budget tyres - if they have to be replaced when half worn then it's obviously not so bad if it's a £50 tyre rather than a £150 one.
Lots of theories about this, but dealer doesn't seem to have definitive answer. Suggestions include the obvious camber/alignment/geometry issues, or things like firmness of the tyre compound - softer more prone to the wear.
