Hello guys and girls
We bought a tx1 a while back to use as a family car, we probably do a maximum of 3000 miles per year.
Since we got things have started going wrong.. not hugely wrong but just a pain.
It blows out quite a bit of black smoke from the exhaust, the drivers windows have stopped working and the brake has locked on on the drivers side.
Also I can only count 3 gears on the automatic gearbox whilst driving... which doesn’t seem right.
I confess, not great at fixing and tinkering with vehicles.
It definitely needs new brake lines and probably a whole lot more...
Does anybody know of an honest place that I could take it to get looked at? I’m all for getting it fixed one problem at a time, however I don’t want to waste money on something that is not worth it.
We live in Rickmansworth which is close to Watford if that helps...
We have our third child on the way so I would like to have our transport sorted ASAP one way or other..
