Taxi Driver Online

Hi I have a problem with my window wipers, I have tested both front and back motors and they do work, but when trying to use them with the lever Nothing happens, I bought 2 levers and tried them but still nothing, I got a auto electrition to look at it and he managed to by pass it some how so the front ones only work, but only on one setting (slow) ,has anyone else had a problem like this,
Most appreciated if any one can help

check the maisie box,a lot of taxi electrical problems stem from there
