Why would any private hire driver want tinted windows any way ? in london the somalian army use blacked out windows in their people carriers ..why ?

i think maybe happy cars should get a life and stop worrying about other people, let me tell you that the van your basically calling a heap of junk is the most requested vehicle in the private hire industry in york mate no ones bothered about curtains its obvious your a little jealous

My dear fellow, jealousy is not the main concern, if you had been following the thread, you would have seen that a level playing field was all I was after, ask the Fleetways driver who had to spend £1000 on new windows what his idea of curtains are, by the way how is your father theses days remember me to him

On the contrary, in a previous post which would seem to have disappeared you suggested that I was indeed the plate renter who trades as Appy Cars, when, in point of fact if you read my user name it is Happy Cabs, I was around long before this gentleman, perhaps you should have gone to specsavers.

Oh well then happy cab obviously if the plate is in yours name then your one of those that stand to lose the money what its worth when they deregulate my heart bleeds LOL

As they haven't deregulated and as I paid £10,000 for the plate 20 years ago I think I have had my fair whack out of it anyway,however I will continue with my free work while you pay £100 a week for radio work with nothing to sell at the end of the day, stay happy

As they haven't deregulated and as I paid £10,000 for the plate 20 years ago I think I have had my fair whack out of it anyway,however I will continue with my free work while you pay £100 a week for radio work with nothing to sell at the end of the day, stay happy[/quote]

If that is the case then you are correct I have you mistaken for someone from Local cars and you are not the person i thought you were.
