Their desperation is exploited by people like you, who get a plate from the council for free and then offer something for sale which doesn't (in your own opinion) actually belong to you.

GA.. is a very nice bloke . a gentle giant that is built like a tiger tank .
GA.. thanks for the tickets.. totally enjoyed the concert. was nice to be out the rain , but I must admit it has been one hell of a weekend and it carried on into the beginning of this week, still trying to sober up... do not know much about football... but that Spanish manager is a nice sort... gave me a lift home at the end.....

FOR SALE - A HC plate for Edinburgh that doesn't belong to me, nor will it belong to you if you buy it. The price you pay may be lost if I can get the council to remove the restrition of numbers to allow anyone to get for free what you may pay me £50k for.
You should buy it becuase I'm the nice kind of con-man, unlike that nasty MrT from Sefton who will actually help you long after you buy or rent from him, or that handsome GA who you really shouldn't believe because if you did you wouldn't buy the plate off me.

I have to accept that you have been consistant in your intentions to continue to get a further free plate from the council so that you can sell it ............ con-men rarely offer or make excuses.



I have never asked for or recieved any payment for anything which I have obtained for free ................ that may well be seen as a weakness in many peoples eye's ................ but the returns in other ways have been far more valuable.
