Oil has dropped $17 since last week.

A new trend?

Probably not.

fuel prices cant be that bad, here in York we have drivers doing jobs for nowt

one driver took a job York to Edinburgh, asked for 50 quid up front, when arrived in Edinburgh the punter walked off without paying the rest

another driver took a York to Gatwick, when he got to the other end he asks his passenger, this is a York Station taxi credit ain't it, the punter replied, yes it is book it down to them, then left the vehicle, on return to York the driver found no dockits issued for credit as it was a cash job

at least it wasnt the same driver....

It won't come down as fast as it went up, when the price of crude goes up we feel it at the pumps the same day, when it goes down it takes weeks to filter through to the pumps, talk about them taking the urine.

If you ask the gararge owners why the price has not come down, they will say they have just had a delivery

Tesco at Baldock are cutting 3p off a litre of Derv from midnight.

The vision of things to come, or yet another publicity stunt?

Mind you, every little ............

Why do you say that natural gas is linked to crude oil? LPG may be linked to crude oil but I think natural gas comes from a different source.

Its the index used by the EC that ties the two together.
