It seems everybody has their own approach..... I would simply give him my name and address.. and ask him to send to me a copy of the councils complaints procedure.... and leave the rest to his mind

he is trying amongst other things to rush through colour coding but we dont want it so we are gonna hit him with case law from durham etc and also we are gonna hit em with a freedom of info request on licencing funds to make em squirm and to get a rebate on our plate renewals they charge approx 350 a year here for plate

The Durham case was merely at magistrates and I would argue is not actually caselaw but more of a persuasive argument.

And be sure of your figures and current staffing costs before making them squirm. BTW making them squirm will involve them taking time and effort sitting on their a**es and doing what could be considered as taxi associated work.

I had a boss like this several years ago and after a number of OTT comments made at me, I asked him
'If I called you a prik would you put me on a disciplinary?'
He said 'Yes!'
'But, if I only thought you were a prik, you couldn't do anything could you?'
He said 'No!'
'In that case, I think your a prik!'

How they laughed at the Dole office....
