There about 35,000 mortgage brokers in the country. £143,000,000 equates to about 1000 transactions.

So that means 34,000 mortgage brokers earnt f*** all last month. :shock: :shock:

you must live in a cheap area....£140k per house?..

It's easier to do the maths.

Talking of maths, courtesy of Private Eye;

$6.6 billion loss for Lehman Brothers in 2008. :shock:

$8.7 billion bonus for Lehman Brothers staff in 2006. :shock:

Perhaps they should ask the staff for the bonuses back :lol:

Wonder how many of them'll be taxi drivers in the blink of an eye, until the tides turned and then they'll go back to their 'proper job'!!!

Which is why a stiff knowledge and DSA 'taxi test' is a must. :wink:

Don't get me going on that if I had my way, which I undoubtly won't, there would be a proper course and qualification for drivers. Lets be honest you wouldn't get on a plane if you thought the pilot had just done a little knowledge test now would you. Also bus drivers are better qualified then we are although they have little knowledge outside the bus route, but then some taxi drivers are the same :lol: Considering the health and safety of the general public is in our control for the length of a journey they really don't care if we drive let alone take them the shortest route.

Locally a part time driver/full time estate agent has become a full time PH driver.

Apparently he hasn't sold a house for over three months. :shock:
