The fitness checks are the same for taxi drivers and PH drivers, so it doesn't matter which vehicle a rapist may drive, those checks have failed.
Or are drivers of taxis checked to a higher level than PH in your area, cos they ain't down here?
Its not the CRO check that makes the difference, its the character assessment you have to go through during the Knowledge that makes the difference in London.
One convicted rapist since the war should say it all.
The CRO checks for London Taxi drivers brought in two years ago, is nothing more than revenue raising
