If you are not on the LCDC,why are you concerned about how many hours a day it`s open,and how long it takes to answer the phone.
If you phone during their opening hours,you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for the phone to be answered.
They only have a couple of people up there.As they dont do cheap holidays and cheap days out to alton towers,they dont need lots of staff.
