,god knows were you get your facts and figures from....
no doubt you just pluck them out of thin air and think you'll impress everyone with them,
lol I have a feeling you don't drive a cab in Manchester. If you did you wouldn't be so ignorant as to the "POTENTIAL" earning figures.

"200 miles equates to 150 pound."...???
I suppose you have never done any credit work so just for you I'll explain how it works.
Here in Manchester we have a very successful Radio Company called Mantax. One of the reasons why Mantax have been able to keep the radio rent fixed at its current level for the past seven years is because of its high volume of credit work.
A high volume of that credit work is undertaken at reduced rates because of the amount of work it generates. Tenders have to be submitted for this high volume account work which means those tenders have to be competitive.
Therefore, accounts such as Hospitals and likewise the Railways have a set lower mileage rate for the work that ends outside the Manchester Boundary.
If you were to go to Wigan on the Blood bank account you will get 35.00. that works out at about 1.40 a mile. by the time you get back to Manchester you have completed nearly 50 miles for that 35 pounds.
If you go to Birmingham on the Railways account you will get 124.00, by the time you get back you have completed nearly 180 miles for that 124 pounds. Is it sinking in yet?

"school jobs must pay around 50 pound a day "....????
It is quite obvious that you have no understanding of School jobs and the high figures that some school jobs can generate. If I told you the earnings that some School jobs generate you wouldn't believe it so I won't bother.
50.00 a day is an average school job which I quoted thats 25.00 each trip Morning and Afternoon. If you think I'm wrong or mistaken then by all means tell me your expert opinion of what the average school job is.

if you bothered to read my initial reply properly you would see that i stated "my night man gives me £200 "..!! not my day man...!!! you see clever clogs I am the day man ..!!, gosh Johnny boy eyes going as well as the old grey matter ay ?? .. suppose we should pity you really ... but as I know you of old ... I don't think i'll bother ...
lol I had a little laff at this comment. I thought it was farely obvious who I was refering to. If you want to make a big issue about a TYPO then by all means do so. However, it just highlights the baron nature of your argument. I have corrected many a typo from people who have posted in this forum and not once have I sought to capitalise on it. You may rest assured that I wont retrace all your typos and hold you to account lol So for all those who read the post and didn't realise I was refering to this gentlemans Night Man I now put the record straight. lol

On Mantax feeding has never been a problem with me, there is not a lot of it and there is more than enough good work to go around. It obviously doesnt bother you either because your happy making less money without a radio, than with one.
Do you want to know what I earned over the weekend? lol
Keep smiling cocker it wont be long before that night man of yours will be spending his 200 quid on his own cab.
Best wishes
